Video in the Middle Modules

The VIM project will develop 40 different online modules to support mathematics teacher learning about linear functions, as well as sequences of modules (pathways).

After the NSF-funded research study, all modules and pathways will be made available as open educational resources.

 

The breadth of modules and pathways will provide teachers considerable flexibility to tailor their experiences to their personal needs. Additionally, the modules are designed for use both in facilitated and individual contexts. The VIM modules incorporate several different existing technologies that support online collaboration, including NowComment and Padlet. The modules integrate these different technologies into a single online learning platform using Canvas.
